Accountability Coaching.
Turn good intentions into a weekly plan, with someone checking in on what you actually did.
What we work on
- A specific goal you can measure.
- If-then plans for the moments you usually slip.
- Tracking what you did each week.
- Honest review and adjustment.
How a session works
Sixty minutes on video. We pin down the problem, choose something realistic to try, and plan for the obstacle most likely to get in the way. You leave with a clear next step and a way to know if it's working.
Why work with a psychologist
I've been a licensed psychologist for more than 20 years and I'll tell you the truth without sugarcoating it. Coaching with me is direct, practical and private.
Hi, I'm Dr. Jennifer.
I'm Dr. Jennifer Johnston-Jones, a California-licensed psychologist for more than 20 years. I did my undergraduate training at the University of Oregon and earned my PhD at the California School of Professional Psychology, an APA-accredited program. I've held clinical positions at the UCLA Neuropsychological Institute, Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, St. John's Hospital and Children's Hospital Los Angeles, among others. My clients include senior executives at major companies, Academy Award-winning actors, Olympic medalists, and professional athletes.
