Decision coaching

Make the hard decision. Stop going in circles.

For more than 20 years I've studied how people make decisions, and why smart, capable people still get stuck. Bring me the decision you keep putting off.

What happens in one session

We pin down the real decision, which is often not the one you started with. We separate what you know from what you're assuming. We look at the options and trade-offs together, and you leave with a clear next step and a way to know if it's working.

Why people get stuck

Usually it isn't missing information. It's a trade-off nobody has named out loud, a fear of getting it wrong, or a choice that conflicts with what you want. Naming that is most of the work.
