How much does executive coaching cost?
Executive coaching prices vary widely, from a few hundred dollars per session to large retainers. Here's what drives the cost and what I charge.
What affects the price
- The coach's training and experience.
- Session length and frequency.
- Whether it's a package or pay-as-you-go.
- Whether a company is paying and wants reporting.
My prices
The Conversation: one 60-minute session for $500. Bring one decision, goal or hard conversation, and leave with a clear next step. No ongoing commitment.
Private Coaching: $3,000 for three months of regular one-on-one sessions, weekly goals and accountability.
Is it worth it?
It's worth it when you have a real decision or goal and you're ready to act. A 2023 review of 20 randomized trials found executive coaching improved the outcomes studied, including goal-directed behavior.

Before you book.
Does insurance cover coaching?
No. Coaching isn't a medical service, so it's private pay.
