When life changes, find your footing and your direction.
A move, a loss, an empty nest, the end of a career or a new chapter you didn't plan. Coaching helps you decide what you want next and take the first real steps toward it.
What we focus on
- What matters to you now, which may not be what mattered before.
- The decisions in front of you, one at a time.
- A weekly plan that fits your real life.
- Someone checking in on what you actually did.
Coaching, not therapy
Transitions can be painful. Coaching is for moving forward on goals and decisions. If grief or another concern needs clinical care, I'll tell you honestly. Psychology services are separate and available to California clients only.
Hi, I'm Dr. Jennifer.
I'm Dr. Jennifer Johnston-Jones, a California-licensed psychologist for more than 20 years. I did my undergraduate training at the University of Oregon and earned my PhD at the California School of Professional Psychology, an APA-accredited program. I've held clinical positions at the UCLA Neuropsychological Institute, Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, St. John's Hospital and Children's Hospital Los Angeles, among others. My clients include an Academy Award-winning actress, an Olympic gold medalist, professional athletes and executives of large corporations.
