AI coach or human coach?
AI is useful for brainstorming. But it tends to agree with you, it can't tell when you're avoiding the real issue, and it won't notice if you never follow through.
What AI does well
Generating options, drafting a script for a hard conversation, organizing your thoughts.
What a person adds
- Noticing what you leave out.
- Recognizing patterns that keep smart people stuck.
- Telling you honestly when your plan doesn't match what you want.
- Asking what you actually did since last time.
Using both
Many clients use AI between sessions to draft and brainstorm, then bring the real decision to coaching.
