Self-doubt

Coaching for Self-Doubt and Imposter Feelings at Work.

Many capable people privately doubt they belong. Coaching helps you look at the evidence and act anyway.

What we work on

  • What the doubt says, and what the record shows.
  • Taking on visible work despite the fear.
  • Asking for what you're worth.
  • Honest feedback from someone with no agenda.

How a session works

Sixty minutes on video. We pin down the problem, choose something realistic to try, and plan for the obstacle most likely to get in the way. You leave with a clear next step and a way to know if it's working.

Why work with a psychologist

I've been a licensed psychologist for more than 20 years and I'll tell you the truth without sugarcoating it. Coaching with me is direct, practical and private.

A note on scope

Coaching is for goals and decisions. If self-doubt comes with anxiety or depression that gets in the way of daily life, a clinical evaluation may serve you better, and I'll tell you so.
